I attempted to book an appointment this morning and was successful in doing so. I confirmed the appointment but later that day received a call back that my appointment, which was to be in two days, had been cancelled and given away and they had no appointments for a month now. The call back was met with a very aggressive receptionist who was very defensive, raised her voice on the call and said my appointment had been "crossed out".
