I would not recommend working with Holly. She was very ambitious and enthusiastic and I believe that she did her best. Ultimately she betrayed her commitment to helping us - after promising to “roll up her selves” to dig into our situation… when push came to shove she refused to work through any resolution and denied follow up in an effort to make any meaningful progress/resolution. Perhaps our situation was too complex for Holly but ultimately when I found myself in an emotionally desperate need of her help she left me hang... read more
Holly Benight has been wonderful to work with. As her client, I felt truly listened to. She always offered a helpful perspective and would challenge beliefs I had about myself to really make me think. Sessions with her were always an open space and she adapts her sessions to support and process whatever emotion I came in with that day. She is a great mix of comforting and challenging that someone with depression needs. She has given me valuable ways to reframe and restructure my thoughts, feelings and approach to life.
