Robin and Ken are the superstars in building. They lookout for everyone. And always carry themselves in a professional level. I been here 5 years and glad Robin came back. Hopefully upper management rewards them.
Best place for seniors to live
New owners took over on June 1 2025 There hasn't been any communication to residents. The elevators aren't working. The so called manager hasn't introduced himself nor has he addressed the many issues going on within the building. I love the location but this place is in shambles. I expect it to close soon Gerard
Very poor management 1 working elevator. With 226 apartments Winn company not doing anything to make it better.
You can take your chances on living here but if there's a fire or an emergency and you have to get out the stairwell they lock the doors to exit
