employed for about 8mo. no training, no certifications needed, & be ready to be asulted by by the residents. staff sleep on the clock & no appreciation for your efforts. high turnover & low pay for high risk. (I hope things get better for the staff & residents. ) some ppl are cut out for the conditions but I couldn't do it any more & plus; no away time. (for you) but the favored... yes. lots of stress but not the pay. good luck if you dare & no one to trust.
