Two failed implants. No good reason why. I had strong bone and plenty of it. In his notes, Dr. Bingham blamed the first implant failure on soft bone. But later decided against doing a bone graft because my bone was fine. During the second implant surgery, without warning or discussion, Dr. Bingham performed an unnecessary bone condensing procedure, which was highly painful and resulted in implant failure and later massive bone loss, which required extensive and expensive corrective surgery (a sinus lift and bone graft) ... read more
