My parents live here and they love it. The only complaint we have is the smell inside the apartments.. or it is coming from the walls or from the AC. We told the management a few times but I think no one can really resolve it. Some times in a year it doesn’t smell but then it starts again.

The council House apartments is the absolute worst place to live in, it is full of roaches and full of mold, they will not return your deposit and now they owe me three times the amount of my deposit which I have hired an attorney I advise all seniors to stay away from that place and to go somewhere else. I only speak the truth
