It's a neat building out here kind of in the middle of nowhere. People go here to pay their water bill and this is also where they treat our water.
0 stars if I could. Used no water for 5 months due to being hospitalized and wasn't living there for an extended period of time and recieved a $300 bill regardless. Absolute soul sucking leaches when explaining the situation was met by the rudest most inconsiderate people in the billing department repeating if I want to make a payment or not. Unbelievable. This is a disgusting way to treat customers and unbelievable that a water company can do this to people without consequences and no consideration for people's situations. ... read more
The only reason they get 3 stars is because of the outstanding help I received on from Chase and Dillon (sp?). Chase was kind and quick to help get our water turned back on after it was turned off by the city without warning due to construction. Dillon was the gentleman who came at 8p and made sure to get the water back on. We've had repeated issues with billing and now no communication about shutting the water off to replace pipes. Thank you, Chase and Dillon!
Update- STILL extremely limited ways to pay!!! Visa or MasterCard or Check only!!!!!! They do not take Discover!! Horrible customer service. Also was told that their pipes leading to my house are lead lined, but they won't replace them unless I replace the pipes on my end. But they were replaced under the previous owners of the house! Also I had owned the house 2 years and had a newborn drinking formula before they ever informed me. Not to mention the occasional sulfur smell to the water and how difficult they make the payme... read more
