Horrible customer service. Also was told that their pipes leading to my house are lead lined, but they won't replace them unless I replace the pipes on my end. But they were replaced under the previous owners of the house! Also I had owned the house 2 years and had a newborn drinking formula before they ever informed me. Not to mention the occasional sulfur smell to the water and how difficult they make the payment options. Payment options are like 50yrs old! Obviously we now use bottled water. I never get an initial water bill, only a late notice so that I have to pay the late fee. Also, as if we still live in 1996, the only way to sign up for autopay is by printing a form and mailing it in by snail mail and sending them a voided check. Ridiculous!

Worst customer service ever… They even closed the customer service office just so they don’t have to interact with customers! Why do they staff the office at the customer service office if customers aren’t allowed. Closed off drive up so disabled customer can not bother them so they can sit all day with no customers to deal with what a perfect job. That office was designed and built to support customers of the Water Works if you don’t want to support the office function then close it fire them all and lower your rates!!!

These people are hard to deal with. There customer service suck. And they put late fees on your bill if water gets turned off and they don’t tell you until you call to have your water turned back on. And they don’t work with you when you want to get someone out here to turn it back. These people are rude.
