The city of Council Bluffs Water Works does a horrible job. I had a water main break in the street they tore up my sidewalk then they replaced it with Rock and then mud and it just got out of control I had to have them here four times to take care of these issues. Then I realized when they poured the sidewalk butting up to my driveway it was higher than my driveway by about 2 in. They also scraped a chunk out of my driveway which made it even lower. Very friendly staff.
These people are totally worthless I read the reviews we are not the only people with this problem where we only get the reminder notice and not the actual bill and then they have the nerve to blame the post office we only have this problem with the water company they need to be held accountable shame on the water company If I could be pick some one else for water services I would. It seems they like shady business practices over honesty.
It's a neat building out here kind of in the middle of nowhere. People go here to pay their water bill and this is also where they treat our water.
