The customer service I just received was absolutely horrible but I expect nothing less from christian nationalists. Apparently, you made mistake that I didn't know about on plates and couldn't speak to me about correcting it? PITIFUL AND PATHETIC LADY! All games by a person bent on her control exertion. How sad.
I just left the city treasures office to pay a trash bill and their was an elderly lady there who was obviously having some trouble hearing and understanding. The lady with long white hair and glasses was very obviously frustrated with her, even though the lady couldn’t’t help it, but the worker was very irritated. I would think that someone working for the city would hold themselves to a hire standard. Do better!
Took me 35 minutes to post a payment !! Why not just set it up easier?
These people lie like a door mat, I have not received a invoice in over a year, and they put a lien for the trash collection. Businesses usually send an invoice if they want money. I went to the city treasures office and told them just that. Additionally the collectors have torn up my personal trash cans, and I keep replacing them.
