Their customer service is horrible in the store area. Bill is very rude. He needs customer service skills. counce marine is very dedicated and loyal to there customers . They will go out of there way to meet your needs.i highly recommend counce marine . They have the best service department around.. Thanks guy's for getting me in and out this morning for my tournament.
We bought us a new boat today and I must say Counce is the only place you should go. They couldn't have been more helpful and nice to us. so make Counce your go to place for your boating NEEDS!!

Terrible experience. Drove over 12 hours (round trip) for a boat we already put a deposit on a week earlier only to get a call when we were an hour away to tell us someone just bought it. We pulled in and passed our boat leaving the lot. Very aggregating situation. We took our money to a dealer in MO and got a good deal and are finally headed home.
As the parts salesman here, its the best atmosphere to be apart of. If we didn't have Counce Marine then you wouldn't have the quality service that the Midsouth has come to know!
Chrissie was the best! Highly recommend this dealership.
