Dr. Ashley has a great personality and he passion for her patients is always very evident. I have referred all of my family to her and they all love her too.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Dr. Counce's office rescheduled me an hour before my original appointment because Dr. Ashley was suddenly unavailable that day. I showed up to the rescheduled appointment SATURDAY AT 9:15 AM, and waited for 10 minutes-- no one showed, and no one was even in the office. I understand that emergencies happen, but the least the office can do is let me know ahead of time-- this office seems to be disrespectful of a patient's time, and is definitely not reliable.
