Terrible service. Very arrogant , and not helpful at all after charging a lot of money to install a sway bar hitch. Also did not explain how to use the hitch at all. Also I requested that the hitch and locking pin used to bring my trailer in with be returned to me. I made it very clear and spoke to Tabitha and another lady there strongly stating I would need that pin and hitch back. Heard about Coumbs from a neighbor. So I schedule an appointment I need to drop off my RV day before. I was able to drop it off early That morning. They were able To do the repair that day and have it completed. So the next day, which was the schedule day for repair I went down and picked it up. These people are awesome. They’re very friendly And accommodating. I will be using them in the future if I could, I’d give them a 5+ rating.
