I have had Items restored, some in terrible condition. I could very easily say that they are good as new. The truth is I actually think they are better than new. She created a picture that hangs on my dining room wall! A photo album, I could go on and on. I am blessed to have the met and do business with Coulter Life. I am certain you will feel the same way. As a respecter of art, Mrs. Vicki's heart is digitally shown through her photography! She gives you a up close, comfortable & personal relationship with the lenses to create the vision that you seek! I needed a restoration of my great great grandmother's old photo. I remembered meeting Vicki Coulter at an event where she was displaying some of her beautiful restoration photos she had accomplished.
