My ***** ****** went in on 7/23/2019 for a service engine light. I was charged 508.93 for an emission part not covered by warranty. Dealer claims the valve cover was leaking. Upon researching the valve cover has a vacuum diaphragm built into the valve cover. When it fails it cause a lean miss rough idle. The mass air flow sensor I was charged for was not the problem. To make matters worst the mechanic left bolts lose and oil leaked over my engine
We purchased our 2017 Buick Regal at Coulter on Camelback in March, there was no high pressure sales and we got exactly what we wanted. When it came time for the first oil change I had a real problem. We live in Scottsdale and my husband was in the hospital, Coulter picked up my car and delivered it back to my driveway. Not only did the change the oil and rotated the tires, they washed the car inside and out. That is real customer service!
