I moved in a few months ago, and have nothing bad to say! They were amazing when I moved in. Maintenance gets work orders done fast! I love the dog park it is very convenient! My dog loves the park. Very respectful and pleasant management also! Would recommend living here to anyone!

This is my third year signing a lease with Coulee Ridge, the maintenance does a great job doing repairs asap! This apartment has been the best choice for my dog and she couldn’t be happier here with the bark park.
We love living here! The apartments are beautiful . The grounds, parking lot and underground parking lot are well taken care of. The elevator is great as I am handicapped. Any maintenance issues are taken care of right away. They do everything including changing your lightbulbs and furnace filters. Truly a high class living experience.
