I lived here for about a year. It wasn't the worst apartment I've lived in, but it also wasn't the best. My biggest recommendation would be to rent a unit on the highest floor if possible. The building's soundproofing is extremely poor, and you can hear nearly everything from the apartment above—footsteps, the TV turning on, and other everyday noises. I could also hear my next-door neighbor's dogs barking almost every morning starting around 7:30 a.m., sometimes continuing well past 9:00 a.m. I never had any issues with stol... read more
I moved in a few months ago, and have nothing bad to say! They were amazing when I moved in. Maintenance gets work orders done fast! I love the dog park it is very convenient! My dog loves the park. Very respectful and pleasant management also! Would recommend living here to anyone!
