Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. I called them as my 18 year old cat lay unable to move and needed to be put down, I was in tears on the phone and they were so kind. My husband took our cat in, when he got there they rushed him to an exam room. The vet was so gentle and made sure not to disturb the cat. They let him stay with our cat in the privacy of one of the exam rooms until he passed on. Within a week we received a sympathy note and we even got a Christmas card. That extra touch meant a lot to me.
