Customer service is excellent here! Hard to come by a company that will treat you so well. I have an old home so a traditionally rectangular countertop would have needed to be modified - they measured everything and created a form that fit really nicely in my space. For whatever reason, the initial seal on the countertop didn't work, and they came out and resealed it over a year after initial install. Would work with them again
The staff are great. If you want a countertop you can't use without fear of it staining or etching, this is not the place to go, though. I wasn't warned of the many things that I couldn't do with their concrete countertops before I signed the agreement to have the counter made. On install they told me not to leave any water, acid, etc on it. It's a counter around a sink, where I make coffee every morning... Leaving a splash of coffee for an hour makes a mark.
