I had hired John about 10 months ago and he did a good job taking down the tree and grinding the stump but left two big holes in my yard that had to be filled in with quite a bit of dirt and roots of the tree jutting out of he ground. The review I gave at the time didn’t mention the holes or root ends as he said it couldn’t be helped because of the need to anchor the bucket truck.
