I took my car to this dealership to diagnose a problem. I was told the problem was something caused by a previous mechanic, and that Kia of Lancaster would charge over $1000 dollars to fix the problem. Needless to say, I did not choose to repair what they said was the problem. I was then charged a $99 diagnostic fee. I then took my car to another mechanic, where he diagnosed and repaired the actual problem, which was completely different from what Kia of Lancaster diagnosed, and he only charged me $100.
