I was lied to many times. They were no help. Repair work took way too long. Engine blew, related to recall issues. They wouldn’t honor the warranty they had promised me. Wanted me to pay full costs. (Thousands of dollars.) Corporate told me they would give me a car to drive while mine was being fixed. That never happened. And my vehicle became damaged while in their care but they are not willing to fix the damages. Highly recommended that you don’t do any kind of business here. Or possibly with Kia in general.
