New update. Kia pushed an update to the car and it messed up the Kia Connect. Jeff and everyone there were so helpful. They talked with Kia and had me stop by and reconnect my Kia Connect account on my phone and looks like everything is good.
From calling to request information and schedule an appointment, to going through with the appointment was a dream. Staff was quick, respectful and funny. They made my dream come true of getting a vehicle I truly wanted and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Shoutout to Bryce and the Finance Manager because they will now have a repeat customer from me!
