I purchased my new 2026 Sportage from coughlin Kia in Newark Ohio. My salesman Joe Millat was exceptional! He took the time to explain all the new features on my new vehicle, which he was very knowledgeable on all of the great options Kia has to offer. I had to change my decision from buying a car from Germain KIA dealership to Coughlin dealership just because of Nevada and Aidan Coughlin. These two gentlemen specially Aidan was fantastic and made the entire process so easy for me and my friend to purchase the car same day. Next time, I will be going here again to buy another car.
I recently had a big issue with my car and had to take it in for service. It ended up being a two month job due to some errors on Kia’s (not the dealership) side. Everyone was very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I was given a very nice rental free of charge. Had amazing experience recently at Kia in Lancaster and just wanted to share. I went for service and new tires, they had a great promotion going on for buy 3 tires and receive the 4th free which is a great value. The service advisor greeted me immediately and was so friendly. The work was completed promptly and perfectly. They also have a great waiting area that is comfortable and has some nice amenities. I never hesitate to have my vehicle serviced at Kia and highly recommend them to everyone.
We purchased a Kia Niro 3 years ago, service has been amazing. They have been more that gracious to handle service quickly. Wash the car, and they do a good job. I can't say enough for them, so glad we chose them.
