Great dealership. Jim Miller knows what he is doing selling cars.
I never write reviews, but at this point I feel like I have no choice because no one will contact me back or answer me. I haven’t even had this Kia for 45 days and haven’t even made my first car payment yet. No one has helped or tried to resolve this situation. Went in for service for my 2023 Kia Forte.. Jessica at the service desk was super awesome! She was very courteous, and kept me informed with messages about my services being done. The customer wait area is super big, comfy and cozy compared to the old Newark location. Highly recommend coming here to purchase or coming to service or repair.
One of the best Kia Service Departments I've been too.
