No waiting, appointment was easy to make and the service tech explained everything including the charges before the work was done.
I worked with Austin Dupler, he called me promptly when I was looking at a Seltos on the computer, I went right in to test drive one, though it was like an hour before closing, and without me really indicating my price range, he arranged it all so that I could lease one within my budget. I knocked it down just a bit, and am very pleased. Love my car! And the finance man, I forget his name, was VERY pleasant and kind, and even funny! The dealership is much closer to my old dealership, and I am very, very happy!
Joe made my car purchase quick and easy. He texted me ahead of time and when I showed up he got me in for a test drive right away. I love the car and I was done quick and easy. It took me longer to drive to the dealership than it took me to buy the car. I'm very impressed with the service I got from Joe!
I had a pretty decent experience. I worked with John Harder for my new Kia and he did a great job in getting me where I needed to be for my budget and into a nice new car. He also was kind enough to help move items out of my old car. It was sooo late that we were the last two people in the building and John was very patient. The staff as a whole were pleasant and attentive. I like the guy at the front desk, he's so considerate.
