Very poor experience. Dropped my vehicle on Friday morning for rear brakes. I called at the end of the day about status. I cant believe simple brakes take more than 1 day. But Service told me not done. Checked the website on Monday- still not done!!!. I called again on Tuesday morning and spoke to James again. Brought car in because one front tire was cupping on the inside. Asked for diagnosis as to root cause. Diagnosis was that the "toe" was out of adjustment. I was also advised that all tires are at 3/32-2/32" and should be replaced. I was provided a quote for replacement tires (Brand not advised) and the cost of alignment. I asked for alignment only.
