My company car needed general maintenance completed. It was very easy to schedule the work. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was polite, helpful and kept me informed of the progress and when the work would be completed.
I am not the type of person to bash a company when things go wrong. However when you spend the money I spent on this 2025 Chevy 2500HD and there is an issue and told it my problem for not reading the owner manual prior to buying the truck is BS. Cant use the truck for what its is intended for. Its unsafe and was told they will not look at it again. Coughlin GM of Newark
