Terrible experience with the service department. On a previous visit they reattached my engine splash guard and left all but one bolt off. It was so noisy that any test drive would have caught it, but clearly no one bothered. More recently, my SUV has an airbag sensor issue (similar to the older recalls). Instead of providing a solution, they’ve told me they need my vehicle for days with no clear timeline, can’t say when a rental will be available, and are now asking me to pick it up despite a known safety issue. He is extremely professional and went above and beyond for me. The finance and signing process was fast and honest, with no hidden fees and gimmicks.
