Not a very good experience. On two different service attempts we were unsuccessful on even getting the vehicle diagnosed. I was very specific that if they could not fit the vehicle in the service 3-4 window that they should just let me know upfront, and they assured me that it would get looked at. My car broke down a couple of weeks ago and I had it towed to Coughlin Chevrolet. I would highly recommend this dealership.
