Overall this is probably one of the worst dealerships that I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve bought 16 cars over my lifetime so far and pretty much all from different dealerships. Trust me when I say this is one of the worst. Communication is awful I waited 6 days for a trade value. Once I got my trade value they refused to give me a ballpark range for my payments without pulling my credit first. I took my Dodge Ram Sprinter van to Coughlin Automotive’s service center after calling to confirm they serviced this model. I explained that I needed a full inspection to ensure the vehicle was running properly and was safe to drive. I also mentioned a few specific issues—namely, the check engine light was on and we were receiving an "oil level too full" warning. I sent my 2008 Tahoe to get checked for a antifreeze leak they said I needed a new engine priced at $13000 I then transported my suv to Texas with a honest mechanic ,engine was good it had a blown head gasket on the left side of the engine ended up replacing both sides and is good to go with less than $900 100% do not recommend this dealership for diagnostic testing
