Rick Conti is the best! He is an expert on Corvettes and really cares about his customers. He takes all the time you need with you and goes the extra mile to ensure his customer's car is well taken care of when shipped out of state like mine was.
Coughlin’s service department went over and beyond to do a diagnostic and repair the problem in a timely and affordable manner. Throughout the process I was informed on the status of the process by Jim. He was patient, professional and helpful. Excellent experience.
Excellent service. The only dealership experience I’ve had that left me with a good feeling. Both Stacey and John were genuine and made sure everything was done right. They jumped through a lot of hoops to get me the truck I needed after spending two days moving trucks from lot to lot making sure I had the opportunity to test drive all the options I was interested in. I’ll definitely be back for my next purchase.
Genuine people who care about their work and customers!! Highly recommend whether you are buying, trading in, or need your car serviced!
