Nice little dealership with friendly service techs. Unfortunately, they were unable to rotate tires.
Not interested in actually selling a vehicle. Almost no one there and no salesmen interested in selling me a truck. I could write you a check for three combined vehicles on the lot, but I suppose the salesmen at this dealership can't be bothered with customers.
I am so grateful and thankful for the guys, Jake, my sales rep and Keith, the finance advisor, for everything they did to get me into my brand new car! Jake was so kind to stay in touch via text and answer any questions I had, Keith was amazing at helping me get approved and in the car I wanted! My overall experience at Coughlin Chevrolet was fantastic and I will be back, as well as as recommending them to anyone I know needing a car!
Honestly, I know I'm not an easy person to work with but Adam food a great job at putting my mind to ease while my vehicle was in service, thank you Adam!!
