I had a very disappointing experience with Coughlin Chevrolet in Pataskala. The service was poor from start to finish. Communication was almost nonexistent—calls and questions went unanswered by Adam Mahr, and when responses finally came, they were short, dismissive, and unhelpful. The receptionist was equally unprofessional—rude, careless, and even admitted they “didn’t want to be involved in the situation.” That’s not acceptable customer service. This is my second purchase from Coughlin. The first vehicle I bought from California and the second from Tennessee. The difference makers are Rick Conti and Keith in Finance are the difference makers!!!!!!!!
Chase was great & made the process super fast & easy. 10/10 would recommend him!
