Do not go ! Please go elsewhere unless you hate your car ! I signed up for a SCAM MEMBERSHIP I have called to cancel NO Response I have had to try and report as fraud !!!
Total Waste of time and Money !!! Took my car for a normal Oil Change ! Look at that oil and tell me if it looks changed ! Honestly the staff where not helpful, they tried to up charge me and insisted the long wait was worth the free water and nasty old cookies
Is Cougar Tire & Auto out of business ? I arrived no one was around ! I stopped by around 9 am The store was completely abandoned and was dirty! I heard someone yelling from the bathroom. It sounded like a man plunging a clogged toilet ! The man came out without washing his hands and asked what I wanted. I had to wash my hands and went into bathroom. Poo was all over ! I left he said they where actually closed so I went to Discount tire
