This was probably one of the the worst car experiences of my entire life. My car is 8 years old and i have had synthetic oil one time. They said the first time they didn't have regular oil, the next time they said the computer told them i could only get the better oil. They refused to give me generic, the heavier man there asked to speak to my husband bf use he didn't believe me.
