We found cougar homes and all their staff absolutely wonderful and professional to deal with every step of the way. From Chloe at the designing stage, to the admin team and the men who lead the builds! Each of them always available, professional and we now have the most beautiful home to live in. The quality and finishing are all of a high standard. Thank you to the entire team at Cougar. If we ever build again we will be coming straight to see you!

We signed a contract in Feb 2023 with a promised handover in March 2024, but didn’t receive the keys until March 2025—a full year late. We’ve had an outstanding experience with Cougar Homes. From the moment we signed up, Chloe, the Sales Manager, has gone above and beyond. She’s consistently responsive and always available via email or text with updates and progress photos. Her communication and support have been exceptional throughout the process.
