Got a cycle for Christmas 2019. Ran it 2x and it would not run as it should and stalled. Took in for tweaking. Then it lasted a month. Service department is not taking service (since April 8th-December 2020). Recommended another place to fix it. $350 in repairs for what we were told would be covered in a year warranty. No help from Cougar City except to say that they should have service following Christmas sales. I call bull. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CHEAP PRODUCTS and NO SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!
Cougar Cycle could improve by doing a thorough job of assembling, and servicing their vehicles.
