I moved away from this awful place awhile ago and my autistic son accidentally placed an order to our old unit C102. Instead of being a decent person the landlord would rather steal the package for himself and let the tenants of c102 keep it. It is illegal to keep mail and packages that don't have your name on it. It's a federal crime. I will be alerting the postmaster, the feds, and UPS and the USPS that this apartment complex is accepting stolen mail and packages. Decent apartments, a bit older but solid construction. Management is pretty casual, apartments aren’t clean when you move in but you also can avoid charges moving out so it works out. Solid choice but you can definitely do better, especially price wise with 2-3 roommates
For the 2 miserable years that I lived there, giving this place 1 star is overrating it. In the 2 years my family of six lived there, the apartment had so many electrical issues, the whole kitchen wall lost power, during the summer the neighbors on the top unit were running four air conditionerers, 3 hung improperly out the window not secured, blew out the power in the while building. It was a great experience. The management was very helpful, understanding, and friendly. They accommodated to my needs and constantly gave notices of any type of maintenance. Being alone without my family for the first time, I felt very safe and it was affordable. It truly was the best experience I could have asked for.
