Joe is awesome! He got us into an apartment quickly and made the process very easy. Anytime we've had a maintenance issue they are quick to take care of it. Apartments are affordable and very spacious with great views of Pullman.
The apartment manager, Joe, is condescending to tenants. The maintenance is not quick, good, or particularly well-trained. Look into "Joe Williams Clarkston" before renting a place, especially for children or women. There's a lot of weird things going on - management seems very unsupervised -- uses the parking lot to flip old cars and seems to have many friends/tenants employed for odd jobs. I moved away from this awful place awhile ago and my autistic son accidentally placed an order to our old unit C102. Instead of being a decent person the landlord would rather steal the package for himself and let the tenants of c102 keep it. It is illegal to keep mail and packages that don't have your name on it. It's a federal crime. I will be alerting the postmaster, the feds, and UPS and the USPS that this apartment complex is accepting stolen mail and packages. Decent apartments, a bit older but solid construction. Management is pretty casual, apartments aren’t clean when you move in but you also can avoid charges moving out so it works out. Solid choice but you can definitely do better, especially price wise with 2-3 roommates
