I HIRED Cougar Roofing to perform a roof inspection after purchasing a 12 year old home in November. They quoted approximately $250 over the phone for the inspection. During their "inspection" they said everything looked great and provided some details regarding the roof condition. They said they would be in touch within a month for debris removal and roof cleaning and I could pay for the "inspection" and cleaning/debris removal at the same time. We were very happy with the roof that Cougar Construction put on our house. They were very professional and the work was completed in a few days. The price was worth the product they provided. I would recommend them to anyone who is planning to replace their roof. We are very satisfied and would definitely use them again.
Cougar Construction amazes me with the craftsmanship and quality of the jobs they take on! They just completed a Round turret roof that was complicated and passed up by other companies. I look forward to many more projects to do with them!
