Deserves 10 stars at least!! This place has Very kind and helpful people - STEVE got my trailer running THE CORRECT WAY - after MANY failed attempts at previous shop. I will not take my machines to any other shop. Thank you again
Cougar has top notch service. I have used them for routine maintenance, repairs, and new equipment purchases. The customer service is outstanding. Steve and his crew always get me taken care of and help me keep my rig ready to go.
Great service! Steve really took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new equipment. Works very well. I'm very happy that I decided to go with a local business for my needs. My company depends on good service just as my customer depend on the same thing.
I needed a pressure washer that would get the job done. I ended up getting more than I expected with a great machine. I was completely satisfied and Steve was also a great guy to talk to. He really seems to care about his customers. I definitely recommend Cougar cleaning equipment.
Purchased equipment from this company and within a month one unit went down and to our astonishment we had to pay to get it repaired !?!?! 4 months later that same machine had a catastrophic failure and was taken out of service, pulled second machine out and put it into service. Within 4 months that washer went down, its now been 2 months and neither machine has been fixed. The service dept is with out a doubt the worst ever..... 9000.00 DOLLARS! WHAT A WASTE OF OUR MONEY
