They should not be using that barnacle to mess with people's cars!!
The use of the window barnacles without the proper representation of signs and notices is not only unethical but barbaric and evil… be better.
Came to visit some friends this apartment complex last week from Olympia. we pulled in to Pullman at around 5am and by 7am, there was a barnacle placed on my car. apparently we were supposed to have gone to the office and gotten a visitor permit, but the office didn’t open until 9 am?!? later in the day, after calling both Coug housing and the barnacle company with no avail at trying to right a simple mistake, I had to pay the $200 plus $300 deposit to remove the barnacle.
