Unfortunately, my experience renting through Coug Housing at Coffee House Apartments was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue throughout my tenancy was the ongoing bird infestation above our stove. Birds were nesting inside the structure directly above the kitchen, which meant we constantly dealt with noise and birds living right above a food preparation area. Communication lacking, unrealistic expectations, they don’t clearly identify themselves separate from the college, and they clearly only care about $.
Never had many issues. If there was any housing was right on top of it. The managers are an amazing group of people to work with and are very understanding. One of the managers Austin has been exceptionally wonderful to work with since being with Coug Housing. He's understanding and is always there to help find a solution to any problem or issue.
