RecommendedCouch 9 is everything you want from downtown living! The neighborhood is walkable and convenient to everything. The building is modern and impeccably maintained. The common areas are part of what sold us on Couch 9; I use the on-site gym several times a week and the rooftop lounge has an incredible view. This is our fourth year living calling Couch 9 home thanks to a dedicated staff that makes sure we are all comfortable and safe.

Moved into Couch9 early November, and I’m absolutely loving it. Fantastic apartments, very helpful staff. Gerralynn has been super helpful in getting me settled in. So glad to live here, highly recommended.
I love this place! Me and my dog were one of the first people to move in and I have nothing but all good things to say! Dog friendly, gym, walking distance to everything, upstairs terrance (with a view) and a VERY safe atmosphere are just some of the perks! the staff is also incredible! So nice and welcoming 😊
