I have known Craig Couch and his family since high school and know them all to be pillars of our community. I am unable to process mathematical/money stuff in my brain, so I depend on Couch & Russell to take care of all my investments. My parents have had their investments with Couch & Russell longer than I have and have had C&R do their taxes also as I did this year too. We all feel that we can trust Couch & Russell totally and without question. I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Couch & Russell to anyone.

I have always filed my own taxes. After getting married and buying a house, I found a certain online tax filer to become difficult. I wasn't sure I was getting the most on my return so by referral, I visited Couch & Russell. April Allen took the time to show me a few ways I could file. She is also making herself available before next years return to help me with some other issues that affect my taxes. It is worth it to have your taxes done by a professional. April was very nice, patient, and helped me find ways to save.
Tax season is stressful, but Cheryl White makes the process pleasant and personal. We are smiling when we leave Couch and Russell Financial whether we see Craig Couch or Cheryl White. Very nice experience all the way around. George and Vicki
Tax season is painful for me and my 80 year old Daddy. Although we are not wealthy, our returns are fairly complex. Thank goodness for Cheryl White who has the knowledge and the patience to walk us through it.
