We've been using Craig and his colleagues for three years now. They're very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always ready to research any issues we've come up against, and so far we've not managed to stump them! I would highly recommend them!!

I have been doing business with Couch & Russell sense 2005 and I can only say positive things about their service. They treat their clients to party's and dinners every year and they are available to answer any questions you may have. I have several friends that use them also and everyone of them are happy with them. In my opinion I don't think anyone would be disappointed with using them for your financial needs.

My experience at C&R was all I hoped it would be and more. Preparing for retirement and assuring financial security can be daunting, especially with little understanding of investing and financial planning. Craig was so helpful and was able to explain things in a way that made me comfortable in my decisions. First of all..you all have come to mean to me as family..not just financial advisors..Every time I call I get a nice welcome..every time I have a question..I get my questions answered or a quick call back..every time I come in..one or more of the ladies come out to the front and greet me, or even sit on the couch with me and make me feel like I'm right in my own home with friends around me..you all are a wonderful team..and Craig..you are a wonderful man and kind to all...thank you all for all that you do for me...JLK

We have been using C&R for several years, both for financial advice and annual tax preparation. We are very pleased with returns on our investments and have recommended several of our friends to C&R. To date all of those recommended have offered only positive feedback regarding their relationship with C&R. Couch & Russell came highly recommended by my cousin who has done taxes with them for years. She raved how friendly they were had great customer service. My experience however was different. Customer service was lacking. The cashier had me wait for 6min before she helped me all the while chatting with a co-worker and considering i was the only customer there. The lady who prepared my taxes was not as friendly and i do not think i will be using Couch & Russell next year.

this was my first time with cough&russell. but i will not be my last time. every one was so nice and helpful. there was very little wait time and i was in and out within an hour instead of 3 or 4 hours at the other places i have used in the past. russell &couch you have a new customer
