Honestly had a really great experience renting from them for about a year and half. Everything was smooth from move-in to move-out, and they were always quick to respond and easy to work with. Any issues got handled fast, no stress at all. The townhouse was updated. Clean and everything was in working order. Definitely one of the better property management companies I’ve dealt with by far in AZ. Would recommend for sure
Marsha and Aaron have been NOTHING but amazing to me. I am renting a townhouse in Tempe right now and there has not been a single issue and if there is anything that needs to be fixed, they fix it immediately. I will stay a tenant as long as they’ll let me. I would recommend having Marsha as a landlord to anyone.
