Do not buy vehicles from this location. I financed a 2015 Toyota Corolla for $11,000 it broke down within a month and the warranty isn't wanting to cover it and the dealer is a coward just take it to Toyota he says to be told the same thing Parker Auto just told me.
My friend bought a car from here, after two days of having the car the transmission went out. He even got the “fancy” warranty they said he needed. Which is also a joke! It didn’t even cover most of the cost for a rebuilt transmission! Then the rear differential was bad as well and the warranty would not cover it! 1500$ for that part alone! So 8 months later the rebuilt transmission that the warranty company sent for the mechanics to put it went out! Sought them out because they had good reviews on carmax. I spent the entire day there, repeatedly telling them my husband was diabetic and we needed an ETA so we could plan a meal around it. Turned out needing to plan 2 meals around it, 3 actually by the time I saw them last. The first truck had a problem that 3 trips to the mechanic couldn't fix and the extended warranty wouldn't cover the final one. I couldn't just get my money and trade in back.
