I have been going to Cotugno Dental Associates since I was a kid. Although, I had had years away. I came back and still receive the same great service as I always did.
My mother has been coming for dental work for years. She had a problem and called in with an emergency and your office waited a full day and then called back once and she was at another dentist and then never called back to assist her needs. The new dentist said that you did POOR work and cut corners while charging high prices. Very unhappy with care, work and compassion.
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all!
