Tuesday June 24th 2025 To update my post I have retained West Cottrell again for I believe the fifth time now. I've had a very good relationship with Wes over the last 15 years that I've used him and I've never been dissatisfied. West is very well seasoned honest lawyer best I've ever had. Wes not only got me a great settlement, he also helped point me in the right direction medically! Every conversation I had with either him or his office manager was simple and always professional. After 2 years of pain and not knowing what the outcome would be, the opposing insurance offered me a VERY low amount for all the pain and workless months I had to endure. I was in a car accident and had Mr Cottrell represent me, when it was finally settled the outcome was great! He really figured out how to negotiate with a hard case!
