I had a 3:15pm appt with “Tom”. Got to clinic at 3:15 then had a girl come in after me and go to see him (and leave before me). Checked with the front desk and was told me appointment was at 3:30. Showed them it was 3:15 and they made up some silly excuse. Finally at the 30 minute mark they took me into a room. After a total of 45 minutes he finally showed up and checked me for 2 minutes.
