Terrible experience with Cottrell and his staff. The only person there worth anything is Rebeccas the dental hygienist who doesnt belong in that office - someone should steal here and have her talents better used than abused by Cottrell and staff. Cottrell performed a root canal on loose tooth and then capped it which took two tries to even begin to get close to the color - its too big - too tall - too white and CONTINUES TO WOBBLE so that I cannot eat a thing on it and I still have pain associated with it - this for \$667! ... read more
When I lost my front tooth on Christmas Day I was so upset. Because it was at Christmas time my dentist was closed for a week and left no emergency number for me to call. A friend of my got in touch with Dr. Cottrell who was also closed but came in the office to get my tooth back in temporary. I was so thankful. And when I went to pay my bill he said "Merry Christmas" NO CHARGE.That was the day I which my dentist to Dr. Cottrell. I had a horrible experience at this dentist office. I was seen by Dr. Martin, and I should have known the quality of care I would receive would be less than standard because Dr. Martin and his assistant looked too young to be administering care, but I decided not to hold that against them. When I sat in his chair, his assistant asked him to help her move and she would repay him with a 6pack. That should have been a big red flag, but I was already in the chair with my mouth open. I have to say that Dr. Cottrell and his ENTIRE staff are awesome. I have always had a terrible fear of the dentist. My niece referred him and I am so glad I decided to go.Their chair side manners are excellent. And they are just down to earth people who genuinely care about you and your concerns.And Marty - the lady who works at the front desk treats you as if you have known her all of your life. You just feel so welcome and comfortable.Give them a try - you wont be sorry.KLL
