I deal with Jose in parts, he is so very helpful just a great parts person and great to deal with very professional!
At my job, Penske truck leasing, we frequently use Cottrell as a vendor. I recently needed some invoices that were missing for our monthly purchasing audit and Jose Cruz was not only prompt but he was also able to provide me the invoice I required with little information on my end. It was a tremendous help and that certainly made doing my job efficient and easy.
We have been working with Cottrell Trailers now for a few months as we got a new account with a car hauler recently. We have had to reach out to them quite bit in regards to parts and technical help.
