Parts, Service, and Refurb shop are top notch
Everytime I need help I know I can count on Tony Cruz. He's very informative and will always make sure I'm taken care of before he hangs up the phone as well as he's available whenever he needs to be. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. Here at Hinton Auto we love our Cottrell team. From parts dealing with Scott and Clark which always go out of there way to help me out to our Service team with Lance who is always willing to get me in and help me trouble shoot any of my problems when they arise.
Called up Cottrell for some information on their remote start system. Spoke with Tracy Janes, she provided my with diagrams and diagnostic procedures so that my techs can fix our units at the shop. I appreciate everything, Thank you Cottrell and Tracy Janes!!
