I was going to get some straps for my equipment about 9:30 am and everything was nice until I paid ,they made me wait until 11:30 telling me they are in the way and when they told me they are ready for me outside,they didn’t bring them to my truck ,they just throwed the pallet with 20 straps somewhere there and made me bring them to my truck about 200 feet ,I felt really disappointed for the customer service they have after they get your money .was my first time there and my last time .very low experience at the Cottrell fac... read more
