I put my daughter in here in October for sever depression and anxiety. Five months later she still suffers. Cottonwood is for alcohol and drug addiction. They are not fit for any type of mental health issues. It was a waste of our time and money here. Again, this facility is mainly for drug and alcohol. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise.

I am a seventy-four-year-old divorced, unattached man. I spent 30 days at Cotton de Tucson in November 1993 for co-dependency and ideations of self-harm.
