The owner of this salon is the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL person. I scheduled a massage, and specifically told the personnel that I was on my lunch hour, they had me undress and wait for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. I asked someone to check on my massage therapist precisely 15 minutes into waiting. No response. I finally got dressed, and as I'm leaving, a woman, who claimed to be the owner, says "Oh I hear you are upset about your massage, well our therapist just learned about a death, so sorry." Horrid, management and owner are beyond awful to there employees! I feel bad for anyone that is conned into working at this contract trap!
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I worked here for 9 months, and saw some of the most disgusting behavior from MANAGEMENT that I've ever seen. The owner is disgraceful. THERE IS A REASON THERE IS A NEW STAFF EVERY TIME CLIENTS COME BACK. Want services or a job? RUN!

Snobby hair department, ridiculous prices for mediocre services, front desk girls are clueless! Can't ever repeat services with a tech you had before because they have an entire new stuff each time you return waste of time
