Was once a great place ! Lived here 3 years but now it has homeless people everywhere roaming inside the complex/parking lot, Trash is always overfilled with trash and furniture. When i put my vacate letter they decided to say i owed $100+ even though you have to pay last months rent when moving in.. Maintenance isnt the greatest ,iv had a huge hole in my roof for 3 months and put in so many work orders that havent been handled.Cottonwood needs to step it up for future residence.
I moved in to this complex recently, and I am grateful for so much! The management team and leasing agents were so kind, answering all of the questions I thought were silly. And the property is clean! Im sure the maintenance staff is working hard all day. As it's said, 5 stars... highly recommend!
I deleted my previous review, I found it to be harsh. My mother is elderly and has issues with the complex and office staff weekly now. New staff sucks. Don’t bother going to this property, they will do NOTHING to help.
Apartments are falling apart, former manager is over whelming. New manager doesn’t take time to address issues. My mother lives here, bug problems, ac doesn’t work, washer and dryer barley work, structure is not live able . There are leaks that no one addresses. Save your money and rent elsewhere Update : while the issue I still have with the complex remain the same. there was two staff members that would do everything for my mother that they could and they were always sweet. My wife and I have enjoyed living here the past 2 years. It’s beautiful here, and the staff has been friendly and helpful to us, and maintenance comes by quickly when you put in a request to have something fixed! The exception there is if they need to order a part for something, in which case all parties have to wait a little bit, obviously. The location is also nice, right near a big shopping area so everything we need is close, but backed up against a nice neighborhood with a park nearby if you want to go for a quiet walk.... read more
