I’ve lived here for several years and maintenance has always been quick to respond. I had an emergency call last night and Octavrriano (spelling maybe off) was quick to get here, respectful, kind and most importantly made sure that the issue wasn’t patched but fixed properly. He arranged a time to return and was promptly here at said time. Thank you Octavarriano for your help!

They'll absolutely tow your car for any reason, they towed my car out of a paid car port just because it wasnt the car registered to that specific port and the registration was expired (barely was scraping by rent was always paid on time) , keep in mind we paid for the parking pass but this other one we payed extra to have a car port. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the leasing office was extremely disappointing. Before applying, I contacted the property manager regarding the advertised $1,000 move-in promotion that was still displayed on the website. I was told in writing that although the promotion had officially ended, they would honor the $1,000 discount if I applied. The property looks great, and the effort you put into creating a welcoming environment is truly appreciated. I also wanted to ask if there are any special offers or discounts available for Intel employees.
