Toured this property with a friend today. The lady was very nice, informative and welcoming . We are not needing to move for a couple months but we made a decision to definitely rent here when we are ready!
Office staff is really nice and helpful. Everything is very organized and put together within this property. Maintenance is also a plus. Would recommend moving here!
Owners don’t care
Recently had to call maintenance for no hot water. A gentleman by the name of rob showed up and knew exactly what the issue was and handled it quickly and was very professional. Huge kuddos for rob. Thanks again
I have lived at Cottonwood Ranch for 6+ years and wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff are courteous and responsive, doing a good job and providing assistance when needed. Thanks to all of them.
