Do not recommend living here. Have been dealing with residents that don’t understand quite time. I have video evidence of their disappearance, but nothing is being taken into account, and management is being replaced because they can’t deal with this situation
God these people are horrible, especially Yvette! She's so rude every time I've been into the office. And she has the absolute nerve to send pissy text messages telling people to not leave garbage on the ground, but they don't empty the dumpsters!!! They keep remodeling and the dumpsters get so full and they don't empty them for weeks, then have the outright nerve to send nastygrams to us when there's literally no room in the dumsters! I do not recommend moving in here. I moved in almost 2 weeks ago and regretted it the minute I walked in. First of all, I was never allowed to see the unit before moving in. I got a text the afternoon before I was supposed to move in saying the apartment won't be ready to move in on the day that they chose for my move in and that it wouldn't be ready for another 5 or 6 days. The burrs and stickers in the grass are out of control! The poor dogs and animals that use that grass. 😢 Plus they get stuck to everything, brought into the apartments and end up in your bare feet constantly! The ant infestations in the apartments, outside and in the grass are out of control! For the high prices of the apartments plus additional prices for every little thing, you would think the problems would be taken care of.
Octaviano is very friendly and let me know what he was doing as he was doing the repair. He updated me on an outstanding repair as well. Very happy with him.
