Been here for awhile and I can definitely say Yvette and her team have a very strong Communication when it comes to questions needing to be answered on top of making sure maintenance gets their work orders completed correctly in a timely manner the night security is great to have they make sure everyone’s car is parked in the right spaces and being taken care of out the night from break ins pool and gym are very clean for residences prices seem fair for rental as well we have a three bedroom and it’s not to big or to small i... read more

I lived here 2022-2023, and probably the final straw for me (besides the same general complaints most people have on here) was hearing my neighbor slam his puppy in the door 5 or 6 times. This place is SERIOUSLY not worth it. Office never did anything about the tenant, and even when I called the city nothing happened. Don't just steer clear of this complex, steer clear of ABQ.
