First of all just finding the right building was hard enough then once I finally found it I start filling out paper work just to be told they couldn’t take my daughter because I won’t be vaccinating her. This is something that could’ve been asked over the phone before I had the appointment scheduled and WENT to the appointment
I just moved her from aztec and it took me 2 weeks just to get ahold of the office to schedule an appointment. I love dr shoemaker she gave me formula and prebiotic drops for my son and even called to see how he was. I don't like the front office people and the nurse is kinda short when you try talking to her.
love the office and the people that work there. never had an issue with anything, it’s a pleasure for me to come here as a first time mom. dr shoemake is so helpful with anything i tell her about and she has available to provide for me and my baby. that is, formula, medicine, and just advice. i’d recommend her to anyone any day
Horrible office you call to make an appointment they don't have a nurse or doctor isn’t in and just say we can refer you to the ER!
