I visit this park with Mark Thienes last week and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of it. The new Community Leader Tara is very friendly and attentive. It is a great community to live in. The community Leader Tara and Community Maintenance Leader Ken are very engaged with the residents needs.
The Cottonwood Park sure has come a long way. It’s probably the nicest park in Cottonwood now. The manager Tara has been doing a great job!
My dad (that I take care of) has now been living in the park for over two years. We have seen a few mangers come and go. Tara by far has been the best manager!! She is very sweet and good at her job. Very very quick to respond and do her best to fix whatever problems you might have. They did a clean up day of the park and it was AWESOME! It made the place look so much nicer. What grounds keeper they now have is doing a great job as well. Could not be more pleased with Tara!!
