I witnessed blatant racism here yesterday! Tracey told a woman of color she had no availability for a pedicure, yet let MANY other white women walk in for them minutes later! That’s just RUDE! My nails also look bad, uneven and not what I wanted! Don’t give them Your $$$$
I was suggested to these people for a nail fill and when I went in I thought I was going to be getting a good nail tech and not only did she burn my nail once but she burned it twice she was in such a hurry she wasn't even paying attention to what she was doing and she was worried about everything else that was going on around her needless to say I will not be coming back nor will I be referring them to anyone
I think you guys should take a trip to Talk and Nails in Phoenix off of 67th Ave and Indian School and find out what a true pedicure is and how its done.. You don't do the scrubbing of the feet AFTER getting your nails polished AND got put back in dirty, cold water to get scrubbed.. NEVER AGAIN!! I hope I don't get an infected toe from her cutting my toe and putting back into dirty ass water.. You guys were HORRIBLE and will NEVER refer anyone here...
There is not a smile in this place. Second time there, horrible gel manicure, rushed and rough pedicure. No gratitude for my business. It is clean but I will not return. Will keep looking for customer-friendly salon that wants my business.
Tracy is my fav..but lately she has been busy busy..totally worth getting in to see her
