I attended this clinic today with a deep finger laceration and significant pain. The receptionist’s behavior was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Due to the lack of her appropriate assistance and communication, I had to leave and seek treatment at a hospital emergency department instead. I believe it is irresponsible and unacceptable to treat injured patients in this manner, especially when they are in pain and seeking urgent medical attention. My experience at this clinic was deeply disappointing.
