I contacted the clinic to schedule a visit and asked if they could remove an ingrown toenail. They told me I had to come before 10 a.m. or there would be no space. I went, paid $100 for the consultation, and spoke to the doctor for maybe 3 minutes, only to be told he doesn’t do this type of procedure!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE. I called back and they yelled at me for daring to ask why they didn’t tell me over the phone not to come, saying it was her colleague’s fault, not hers. Anyway, 0/10.
The receptionist needs to get another job since she seems to be so miserable when people call and try to get an appointment. I have never had a pleasant experience when dealing with the front desk and all I can say is if you don’t want to help people or have empathy for those who are looking for answers when it comes to their health then don’t work in a doctors office. 5 stars. I literally got in right away the day I needed to see a doctor. Both doctors I saw here were really good, took the time to listen and actually did something about my concerns, they didnt just assume things and dismiss it. They sent me for ultrasound and blood work to make sure then treat me. That is what doctors all should be doing but not all are doing it. Called 83 times in 11 minutes starting at 8:30 because the lady told me that’s when they start accepting phone calls. When they finally answered she said they were now full for the day…. This medical system is messed up and needs to be changed back to walk in
The worst clinic in whole lower mainland I called 2 days in a row they picked up saying they’re fully booked the third day I called again the receptionist picked up told me same thing and hung up Very unprofessional very rude their system sucks
