This isnt the clinic I normally go too but I decided to give them a shot because it’s the closest one to my house. I recently had strep throat, i called them right at 8:30am (didnt get through to anyone until 8:45), i booked my appt for 12:20. When i got there it was completely empty, but some how didnt see the doctor until 12:50. I kept seeing the dr walking up & down the halls, so i gave the benefit of the doubt that she was busy. Good lucky trying to book an appointment I just called 126 times and they just started taking calls 15 minutes ago youd think I would have gotten through by now but nope
Doctors have always been great but the system to get an appointment is an absolute nightmare called them 136 times from 8:30 till 9:02 to find out the doctors called in sick. It’s like calling Ticketmaster back in the 90s trying to get concert tickets.
I went to this clinic last week as I had surgery and had to have it looked at and was told it was very minor infected, didn't need antibiotics and that everything looked okay. Three days later went to my family doctor and was told that it was heavily infected, needed very strong antibiotics and that my skin was over growing my stitches. I didn't get the doctors name from the clinic but he looked like the guy from breaking bad the show and he should not be a doctor if he can't tell what is an infection and what's not.
