My knee was messed up after a half marathon and stayed messed up for a year and I couldn't run any more races nor could I walk without pain. I was thinking that I would need knee surgery. After 3 visits to Dr. Jones, my knee was back to 100% and I was walking without any pain at all. Since that time I have run 5 more half marathons and have a full marathon schedule for a few months from now. Dr. Jones knows his stuff and gets the job done. I am now a convert to Dr. Jones and will come back again and again!
I met Dr. Jones 2 years ago and he has carefully, gently encouraged my body to heal itself from emotional trauma lodged for years inside me wreaking havoc. I thought chiropractic was for back and neck pain, but I heard it was more and am so grateful I gave it a try. He does some wonderful thing to stimulate the organs that somehow feels like it is helping my body to remember how it felt at top form, young and vibrant.
